The day before I brought this laptop to use at cafeThe accident happened when a guy walked pass he tripped by the laptop’s power line then the laptop fell from the height of around one meterThe laptop knocked very hard on the floor and also bounced couple of times, finally it stopped face down on the cement.In sudden, I immediately grasped it up and checked around the laptop, there is not a very severe problem on the outside of it. Also it could still work as normal, there no hot dead and also no scratches
After a while, the laptop started function weird, then I restarted the computer, after that there all the time showed that it was running in safe mode.It could not boot up windows and when it was about to run in windows it shows as blue screen with auto restart.
I was so worried then I eagerly took it to service center, the time reached there was around 12 am, but have to wait till 2 pm to reach my queue for the computer check up. The mechanics told me to come for pick up around 3 pm.
The computer’s Hard Drive was damaged as well as the index drive c, and also the half of bad sector.
The mechanics did change the new Hard Drive for my computer, and the good (in bad) news is it’s free.
He even showed the old Hard Drive to see of how severe it was damaged.

The mechanics advised that normally the Hard Drive could be able to absorb shock up to 800 g, but when the computer was running the limit would down to 250 g only.
He also advised that if your computer was fallen on the floor and the Hard Drive was broken, you should write in the claim form that you was just working in the normal condition on your computer then it sudden shut down by appearing only blue screen, don’t write it as you dropped it or something like that otherwise you won't get the free claim.
Even though the Hard Drive might damaged, don’t be panic. Take it to the shop and get fixed as soon as possible.After get the Hard Drive fixed, you might even ask for the shop to download you free songs or some other programs. You could be able to also ask for the program to use for recovery your data.
You may have the recovery program and want to do it by yourself, letting the expert work on it for you should be the best choice and at your most convenience as the mechanics always have required devices.
However, the important thing to remember is that don’t save your important files or data in windows because when it was damaged by the computer falling and crash, windows is the first part to be affected, it is 90% chance that your files or data will be lost forever.
